- Clean your hands first.
- Splash warm water over your face.
- Apply small amount of cleanser or soap on hand. Add some water and rub the cleanser into fine form.
- Apply the fine form on face gently. From forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, to around the mouth. Message these areas 3~4 times.
- Splash warm water all over your face. Warm water opens your pores and helps you clean deeper. After that, splash cold water over your face. Cold water helps narrow your pores.
- Thoroughly rinse away the cleanser or soap. With a soft, clean towel, gently pat your face dry. Try not to rub or pull at your skin, which encourages wrinkles. Keep the towel dry to avoid bacteria.
Note: T-zone (forehead and nose) are the most productive sebum secretion parts. Be sure to clean and wash carefully.
